How do I take care of my ceramics?

Great question! Here’s how to keep your piece happy:


Give it a gentle hand wash before the first use 🫧

Most pieces are top rack dishwasher safe 🍽️

But hand washing is recommended to keep them shining for years to come ✨



Treat them with love, and they’ll stick around for a long time!

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet! Right now, I only ship within the USA—my ceramics aren’t quite ready for their passport stamps. But I’m hoping to go global someday! If you’re outside the U.S. and loving what you see, drop me a message and say hi. I’d love to know where you’re tuning in from and keep you posted when international shipping opens up!

Can I recycle your packaging?

Yes you can—and thank you for caring!


Cardboard boxes and paper packaging can go straight into your recycling bin ♻️

The packing peanuts are biodegradable—just run them under water and watch them melt away like magic ✨

Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?

All sales are final, except in cases where your ceramics arrive broken or damaged. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Each piece is handcrafted, meaning slight variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected. These unique differences are part of the handmade process and not considered defects unless stated otherwise.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! If you have a custom order in mind please reach out to me at hello@oooart.com with your request. I will respond back with additional information and if I am able to fulfill your request. Please keep in mind that customer orders may take 3-4 weeks to make.
